2. Creative Reservation

Securing your project is simple and seamless.
Once you approve your proposal, we make it official with a digital agreement and invoice. Your staging date is now booked — and our design team starts planning your transformation.

Deliverable: Calendar confirmation, invoice receipt, and welcome guide.

3. Design Deep-Dive

We design with purpose — not presets.
Our design team dives into your property’s architecture, lighting, layout, and buyer psychology. We then create a customized staging direction that balances market appeal with curated style. No two installs are ever the same.

Deliverable: Internal creative direction + prep checklist for your team.

4. Quiet House Protocol

To ensure a flawless install, we require the property to be vacant, clean, and free of contractors. We also confirm access logistics ahead of time — so staging day runs like clockwork.

Deliverable: Final home-readiness check via email 48 hours before staging.
